Type scan shows this attractive medal in the old style "coffin" case with "PURPLE HEART" on the case with ribbon bar and lapel pin.

Nice condition.

Case, lapel pin, and ribbon bar are WWII era but the medal was most likely made after WWII. Still a nice set. These are getting very hard to find.
