Vintage WWII Army Distinguished Service Cross award medal in case with ribbon bar and lapel pin. Made in the USA.
Medal is in nice shape.
Sew on type pin assembly on the back.
Ribbon bar has the one straight pin on the back.
One piece lapel pin.
Case is used condition. Mainly scuffs on the lid.
Inside of the case is clean.
